Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

C&H Scientific, LLC reserves the right to make changes to its site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

This Agreement shall, as the same may be amended from time to time, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between C&H Scientific, LLC and you with respect to the subject matter hereof. It supercedes and replaces all prior discussions, negotiations, understandings and agreements, written and oral, regarding such matters. Any additional or different terms in any purchase order or other written or oral response by you shall be deemed rejected by C&H Scientific, LLC without need of further notice and shall not be part of this Agreement or in any way binding upon C&H Scientific, LLC.

Use of the site represents an acceptance by you of the terms of this Agreement. Use of the site shall be governed solely by the terms of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and the policies published by C&H Scientific, LLC on the site, which shall be the entire agreement of the parties with regard to the use of this site. Amendments or other modifications to this Agreement may, from time to time, be made by C&H Scientific, LLC by posting thereof on the site.
